Crispin Reedy is currently serving as the president of the Association for Voice Interaction Design, and is engaged in supporting the professional community and learning from other practitioners and academics.

Crispin enjoys doing research and usability tests, doing designs, and using business and design intelligence to lead teams towards making good design decisions.

How well do you communicate with your customers on the phone or over the web? Good user research can tell you what's really going on.
